A leader who is just concerned with himself is not respected. Nonetheless, there are situations when commendable characteristics of leaders are mistaken for selfishness. Selfish Leaders Bring Positive Change who are just concerned with themselves cannot bring about meaningful change. <Why can't we become the protagonists of the global modern society?> [The export ranking of Korean companies in Korean society is getting higher and higher year by year, and the international recognition of Koreans and the economic status of Korea's national character is much higher as the national economic power rises due to the efforts of exporting companies. The Korean economy has produced global conglomerates among the top in competition with advanced European countries such as the United States and many other developed countries. The protagonists of the chaebol companies are Buddhism and Confucianism, made up of Gentile religious people. Amid the status of an advanced society in which the Korean economy is prosperous mainly by large corporations, it is revealed that the Korean society of believers, who have always been driven from the center of economic power and power to the peripheral sphere of influence of the times and have been pushed like a loser to society at the lower level of life, are speechless and only tremble with bravado. Why should the status of our community of believers be reduced to a minion of the Gentile society? Is the existing society of believers, which has made up the majority of the lower-level societies of the age of superficial narcissism, hardly showing the fruits of the blessings of the life of faith?  Why should a church with only words be reduced to a society of the Gentiles, the protagonist of the times, in a state of curse from the backward life of all kinds of people who are not able to afford it while playing the role of a bridesmaid in the society of the times?
