Heaven perfectly distinguishes between the society of the people of heaven and the dark world of hell, which is the spiritual affiliation of Satan the Devil. He is not the kind of person who pours out the Holy Spirit of God the Creator on the people of the world in the majority of the global society who have been handed over to Satan.
